Is it normal to have nosebleed at 34 weeks?

I was laying down and about to sleep then suddenly feel something stuck in my nose which I thought like a runny nose only. So intend to blow it through my mouth and there the blood came out with a little sticky.

Oy, nosebleeds during pregnancy are actually pretty common kaya don't panic! A few of us mums experienced it din around that stage, it's usually because of the increased blood volume and hormones making your nasal passages extra sensitive and swollen, plus the dry air doesn't help. That said, since you're already at 34 weeks, best to mention it to your OB just to be sure everything's okay, especially if it happens again or if there's a lot of bleeding, better safe than sorry talaga, di ba?
