Is this a sure sign of pregnancy?

I was late for 1 week so I decided to take a pregnancy test and it was positive thrice. During my first OB visit, I also had my first transvaginal ultrasound. No heartbeat yet & my OB said it was too early but found this. FIRST SONOGRAM PHOTO ♥
