Pregnancy skincare concerns

Hi... I just want to ask kung ano pong ginagamit nyong moisturizer and lotion during your pregnancy, kasi nagdadry po talaga skin ko... I just use dove soap but it is not enough so I think I need to use moisturizer, but I am afraid to use one kasi baka hindi safe kay baby. I hope I can get response... Thank you. #advicepls
