More on wheat bread,brown rice,oatmeal para hindi ka maging constipated.sa fruits ok lang naman basta wag masyado madami.kasi sugar.more on water po mamsh para well hydrated.iwas sa seafood lalo na sa mga mataas ang mercury content. 🙂
