Fresh milk

I am used to regulary drink Nestle fresh milk before I got pregnant. Is it ok to drink it while preggy, instead of Anmum sorts of milk?

I have the same situation sis.. and my ob said yes sa fresh milk basta non fat lng? she even asked me to stop drinking anmum when i reach 7 months kasi nkakalaki daw ng baby sa tyan kaya fresh milk non fat nlng hanghang sa manganak ako..

Gaya din sakin.. Pinagbawalan ako sa mga high calcium milk..dapat non fat or low fat.. kaso minsan nabibili ni mister high calcium kaya ayun 8.4pounds baby ko nonf lumabas..nahrapan ako

You can inform your on about it, as far as I know. Iba ang nutrients na binibigay mg fresh milk. Tsaka hinsi naman for you ang milk na iniinom mo it's for your baby.
