I am trying to conceive and had just done a blood test on cycle D21 and doctor say I am ovulating well. I am at D23 now and I kept feeling sudden pain at my left lower abdomen. The pain comes and goes in a while. I also been feeling bloated recently and have some cramps like before the menses. Is this a sign of early pregnancy? Think its too early to test now.
