FTS scan intermediate risk, NIPT low risk

I took both FTS and NIPT concurrently. FTS NT value was within normal range but the FTS blood test came back with intermediate risk (1 in 369). On the other hand, my NIPT was low risk. Anyone with similar experience? Should I be worried over this?
