pem cl

I told my PEM CL tonight i will be taking care of my baby, she looks so happy. My hub has feedback to me that he sensed that CL isnt very happy about doing night duties, despite the long hours ive given her to rest. 8pm to 745am (afternn nap 2.5 to 3hrs) What this CL doesnt know is that she is leaving tomorrow and a new CL is coming. If i have to do everything on my own, then why do i still need her for. ?
