Covid on 11th week

I just tested covid positive last night and now im still having fever and body ache. Im so worried for my baby but they dont want to do ultrasound unless i already recovered. I cant reach out to my ob coz it's holiday and the doctor who checked up on me said that as long as i dont have bleeding or cramps then they baby shld be fine ???. #firstbaby 😣😣😣
