Most tests work best around 2 weeks after sex kasi yung hCG levels na talaga na detectable na by then, a few of my mum friends swore na accurate na talaga ang results by that point. Those symptoms you're feeling (cravings, fatigue, sleepiness) can definitely be signs, pero they can also be PMS or stress, so the test will give you a clearer answer! Definitely get yourself a test from any drugstore, or if you want super accurate results, you can go to a clinic for a blood test din.
