Idiopathic toe walking

I suspect my 13 yo son have idiopathic toe walking. He always have blisters under his big toe and plantar area. Comparing him to the kids his age he is a little flimsy poor balance and sometimes I see him toe walking. Iam looking for a podiatrist here in the Philippines but upto now can't find one. Can someone refer a doctor who can address this issue please I
