Hi all. I steamed like 1/4 of pumpkin and pureed. Can I freeze it in storage bags? if I defrost in fridge overnight, next day when I want use the puree can use bottle warmer to heat up?
I would just place in a tight lid cup and place in the fridge instead of freezing and thawing.
It is better to use it as freshly steamed so that all the nutrients won't get lost.
