Feeling a lot of discomfort around my anus in my first trimester now. Is this normal?

I started feeling a bit sensitive there whenever I sit or suddenly sit on the bed... It started around week 9 of pregnancy. Is this normal? Why is this happening? I used to get this on my period as well.... So I hope it's normal. Any mummies can share with me? Worried about the baby.
