Hi, is it normal to feel exhausted even though I did not do anything the whole day?

I sleep whole afternoon because I felt really tired. For info i am on my 26weeks of pregnancy.

Mahirap po talaga intindihin ang changes ng hormones natin momsh during pregnancy. Sa akin with our first born, Im so active in the morning pero pagdating ng 2pm I'm so sleepy po talaga til 6pm.

may time rin mamsh na aga2 ko antukin sa gabe., 8pm tas sometimes 10pm hanggang 12mid na., ewan ko talaga hehe hirap e spell out,
