Confinement

Angmohs don’t do confinement and they are just fine, though. I think like one mummy said here, plenty of rest

confinement period is meant for the mummy to rest and recuperate. Can go out if necessary.

U can go out. Just dun catch cold. I did go out for my checkup and baby checkup...

If possible avoid. But if u need to bring baby for check, no choice
