Let downs..

I regret not catching my let downs few months ago. ? I feel really drained now so i mixed fed her up to now.

It's okay momsh. Don't stress yourself. Try unli latching then eat lots of malunggay, better if you take malunggay capsules.

Yes i'm trying my best.. currently taking mega malunggay twice daily, eating more oats and waiting for the breast pump to be delivered. Also want to try to make lactation cookies they said it is also helpful. hopefully i will regain my milk supply back then and i hope it is not too late because she's already 3months old. I just realize now how important it is. 💔😭
