regrets..

i regret during my early days i didn't pump often... now my supply has dropped drastically and i don't have enough to feed my baby.... now i pump for 3mins both side n it'll be dry... any tips to get back supply fast

Try to pump after feedings and use a hospital grade breast bump. Ideally, pump at least every 3 hours. Also, feed on both sides and Long enough to drain each breast well. Be patient with yourself and take care..
