New ingredients in formula milk

I recently see some new ingredients in formula milk like sphingomyelin, 2'-FL and etc. Any idea what are those?

I dont think all formula milk has these yet.. it is quite new ingredients. But if i recall correctly, S-26 milk formula has it!
