New ingredients in formula milk

I recently see some new ingredients in formula milk like sphingomyelin, 2'-FL and etc. Any idea what are those?

Perhaps you might want to google and if the ingredients seems doubtful or difficult to understand you may raised it to PD/DR. That's what usually I do to ensure all ingredients are safe.
