Pink Discharge at 4 weeks pregnancy

I recently got a positive pregnancy test on 19-21 July. Yesterday (22/7) I had mild cramps intermittently throughout the day. Today at 6:30AM, I got this light pink/brownish discharge when I went to the washroom. Is this something I should be worried about? I understand there’s nothing much that can be checked at this early stage of pregnancy. Please help #advicepls #firstbaby
