After pumping, how do you clean or wash?

I read that we should just wash our breasts with clean water, no soap. I see that milk still remain and it hurts to rub it. Appreciate tips please.

    I use that then i realise at nipple still will have some like almost coming out 😂 do u have such issue? Sore to rub rub..
