Meds: good or bad?

I am pregnant and I also have this cough and cold going on for around three weeks now. I've taken Solmux and Tuseran (for cough), and Neozep (for cold). Will it affect the baby?

di ko lang po sure kung meron ang advise lng kasi sakin dto wag mag take ng meds lalo na antibiotic unless galing sa ob bka daw kc makaapekto sa baby.. pwede lng biogesic daw po.
