Ahhh, I get it, it's SO hard lah when you want to protect your baby's health but you're worried about hurting family feelings, especially in-laws! Honestly, a few of us mums have been in this exact spot, and what we found works is to frame it softly as "doctor's advice" rather than making it sound like you're criticising them, say something like "pediatrician recommend delay salt and sugar until 1 year," so they don't feel attacked and it sounds medical, bukan judgement. You could also prepare some portable healthy snacks beforehand and casually hand them over when you drop off, or maybe ask your hubby to gently back you up when he's around, sometimes in-laws listen better to their own child! Tapi honestly, a little bit of KFC or ice cream won't ruin your baby's health plan, what matters more is what happens most days at home, so don't stress yourself too much lah. If it's really bothering you, maybe have a calm chat with your husband first to align on this, then he can be your partner in communicating with his family in a way that feels less confrontational.

Aaaahh thank youuu. I rasa macam sedih sikit sbb i gigih masak then org lain bagi makan gitu je. Maybe ftm so emotional sikit hahaha. Family in law ada baby juga tapi baby tu mmg biasa makan je parents dia bagi, tu anak i pun disuap suap sekali. Thank you so much for your advice, really appreciate it 🥹
