How to bring a newborn home?

I own a car and also have a infant car seat. However, I am not sure how I should bring my newborn home after giving birth? Do I put him in the car seat or carry in arms? Will he be too fragile for car seat? #advicepls #firstbaby #FTM

You should definitely use a car seat. Check if your car seat is compatible for newborn usage, if not, you should be able to buy an infant insert for the model you have. Carrying in arms is never safe!!

It depends on what car seat you getting. For me ill carry the baby on my lap with the support of pillow and of course seat belt on. I will be seating behind.
