Diarrhea because of chocolate flavor ?

I notice that whenever I drink the chocolate flavor ng Anmum nag d diarrhea ako unlike ng milk flavor. Is that really possible? Or nag Kataon lang ? Nag chocolate ako first resulting to diarrhea Nag milk then milk wala naman Then back to chocolate diarrhea ulit Ako lang po ba ? Thanks!
