7weeks pregnant found cyst in my left ovary

Hello, I need your opinion. I had ultrasound yesterday and found enlarged left ovary with ovarian cyst and corpus luteum. Any same scenario and any advise on what to do? I was schedule again for ultrasound next month to monitor the cyst.

Ako po nung 6weeks preggy po ako nakita na my corpus leteum sa right ovary ko.. Sabi ng o.b ko di naman daw un cause of concern kasi nawawala lng din sya kusa..tapos nito lng po 12weeks preggy na ako nag ultz.ulit ako ..wala na ngang nakitang corpus letuem..
