7weeks pregnant found cyst in my left ovary

Hello, I need your opinion. I had ultrasound yesterday and found enlarged left ovary with ovarian cyst and corpus luteum. Any same scenario and any advise on what to do? I was schedule again for ultrasound next month to monitor the cyst.

Corpus luteum sa pgkakaalam ko po sa binabasa ko na libro is yung pinanggalingan po ng hinog nyo na egg cell.. Dun din po nanggagaling yung hormone na progesterone 😊
