Vitamin or supliment for pregy mom.

I need oppinion.. 1st time chek-up my doctor just give me 1 vitamin ZINCOFER only. i consistently take for the 2 weeks but after that on off kerap skip the vitamin. then after 1 week bila smbg blk mkn the vitamin feel loya pening mabuk.. terus stop.. its normal..? or maybe bcoz the vitamin x sesuai for me..

Please jumpa doct balik, cause im too alergic with this ubat. I cirit birit then muntah non stop. Huwaaa lg sedih, kena admit hospital masuk almost 20 bottle air .. I wish i can turn back a time then tak maakn dah! I pun taktahu yg alergic, then now i makan obimin n other vitaminc
