Breastfeeding and Low supply of milk Problem!!!!!

I need help po mga momshie out there! I am having a hard time time to breastfeed my 3 week old baby and I am having a problem with the low supply of my milk. Any ideas or tips po how to make this thing possible. I highly appreciate your comments ?.

Kain ka lagi ng masabaw. Then to boost your breast milk try mo yung malunggay capsule. Tapos ako nag milo pa and tried mother nurture. Lagi mo lang din palatch si baby. More water intake din.
