Do i need follow up check up?

Do i need follow up check up? 10 months postpartum na po ako. last check up ko po sa OB ko ay nung November 2021 pa. sabi kasi ng OB balik daw ako after 6 months, di po ako nakabalik sa sobrang ka busyhan mag alaga at wala po akong maiwanan. CS din po ako at first time po kaya di ko alam kung makakasama ba saken na hnd ako bumalik. #firstbaby #advicepls

Mama, I'd really suggest making that follow-up appointment with your OB soon, kahit matagal na, it's important especially after a CS para ma-check how your incision healed and kung okay na lahat internally. A few of us din nag-skip ng follow-ups kasi busy, pero honestly mas peace of mind ka makukuha once your doctor gives you the all-clear, at least you'll know there's nothing to worry about going forward.
