Different opinion, different clinic

Hi! I nak share experience. Last week i UPT positive, malam terus pergi clinic check. Dr jumpa kantung sahaja, and ikutkan dah 6 weeks. Tapi naluri mommy ni rasa tak sedap je, so harini ikutkan dah 7 weeks 2 days, terus pergi different clinic yg khaskan ibu dan anak and buat scan and TVS. Baru clear nmpk yolk sac and fetal pole, tapi ikutkan size baru 5 weeks lebih. Sebelum nk buat scan bawah tu, ade bleeding pulak. Terus Dr bg ubat kuatkan rahim and dtg repeat scan 2-3 minggu lepas raya.. I dah tak puasa until raya ni, sbb risau tak ckup nutrisi. First baby and ttc 2 years. Takpela, puasa boleh ganti, tp anugerah tuhan nak kena jaga betul2. Instinct ibu mmg betul, kalau rasa nk different opinion dari clinic lain, pergi je ok. Doakan baby i membesar dgn sihat ya

Alhamdulillah, so glad you trusted your gut and got that second opinion, mama instinct is real! Early bleeding can be scary but it's good the doctor is monitoring closely with repeat scans, and honestly the size discrepancy at different clinics happens more often than people realise, so don't stress too much about that. You're doing everything right by prioritising nutrition and the baby, and yes, puasa can always be made up later when things are more settled.
