one week and 3days delayed

I am a mother of a 8 month old baby boy. pure breastfeed po, one week and 3 days napo akong delayed. hindi naman po irregular mens ko. regular po talaga ako. ngayun lang nnagyari sakin na madelayed ako. pahelp naman po 2beses nako nagpt pero tests negative padin :'( please pahelp or any idea or same situation ko. #pregnancy #pleasehelp #advicepls
