Hi breastfeeding moms!

I would like to ask if you guys have any ideas on how to store your breast milks at work without freezer. My milk can’t be stored in fridge temperature as it will be sour and my daughter will reject it. I want to pump my milk at work but I can’t get it to freezing point with cooler bags or icebox. #firsttimemom

I had this issue too, mummy 😅 My baby would reject milk if the taste changed after refrigeration. What worked for me was using an insulated cooler bag with plenty of ice packs and sending the milk home as soon as possible. You may also want to check if you have high lipase milk, as that can make stored milk taste different. ❤️
