I am full time working time, if I work from home and have free time, I will prepare her food, else she will be eating the same with us, she is currently 15 months, that's depends on our own comfort level, no matter what we give.

really depend on ur own comfort. less or non salt/sugar as long as u can. so they less picky on food/taste
