Right Rib Cage pain

Hi all, may I know what exercises can alleviate pain at the ribs esp after sitting? Any yoga stretches to do etc?

Swimming and water aerobics can also be beneficial as they provide a low-impact form of exercise that takes pressure off the rib cage. Avoid high-impact activities and any exercises that cause pain or discomfort.
