plain crackers should help too. apparently it's the hunger that gets you nauseous? I don't know. and mostly everything that happens is normal except uterus cramps and abnormal bleeding. yay for being women lol.
Try using seabands and drinking small sips of carbonated drinks or sparkling water! Walking around and getting some gentle movement in helps me with this burpy gassy feeling too.
