BF & CONFINEMENT

Hi, I heard during confinement can only drink red date tea? or other tea? and drink milk to increase milk supply or breastfeeding... however I don't drink milk, milo or tea... any advice?

For the first month. Usually drink red date tea

Drink materna milk Drink water Drink soup

Drink water can also increase milk supply

There is a herbal tea to increase milk .

Only longan date tea. No plain water
