WBC result is at 13.91

A few of us in my mum group have had moments like this where a number on a blood test report just throws us into a panic, and I totally understand that feeling. WBC levels can shift for so many reasons, like a minor infection or even just the timing of the test, so it is really hard to read too much into a single number without context. It would be good to bring your child to see the PD and let the doctor explain the result properly, because they will know what is normal for your child's age and situation. Just to be safe, do not wait too long if your child is also showing other symptoms like fever or unusual tiredness.
