Sitting posture

I have the urge to take naps during breaks. Is it okay to sit and bend over with the arms rested and sleeping on the table during my nap?

Yes it is. As long as you dont feel restricted at your belly. If you feel a little restricted, you can open your legs a little so that the belly goes between the legs. Forward bends are safe as long you dont press on your tummy
