Do I need to go for another scan between 7-12 weeks?

I have seen my gynaecologist exactly when I was 7 weeks and I was feeling extremely weak (nausea and vomiting) and had no appetite. I was basically in bed from week 5. After consulting, she gave me some meds for my bowel movements and also nausea. I took it once and cleared my bowels and don’t feel my pregnancy symptoms at all for 2-3 days now. I have been feeling very awful in weeks leading to this normal feeling and I don’t know if this is something I should worry about as I’m a first time mum. I have slight cramps here and there still but not much symptoms as I did in the previous weeks. Is this something I should be worried about?
