Is work from home during 1st trimester frowned upon by other colleagues?

I have requested to work from home during my 1st trimester due to very bad symptoms such as morning sickness (more like all the time, anytime sickness), lower back aches, nausea, vomitting and lethargy. My boss is female and she is alright with it, but I can't help but feel that my other colleagues would frown on me. I am still doing the same workload (if not more) and putting in the same hours (if not more), but I just don't participate in face-to-face meetings (unless I am absolutely needed, i will call in via teams). Some colleagues know of my pregnancy, but others don't. I do want to return to office but I am really not 100% well and do not want to gross anyone out if I were to accidentallly projectile vomit in office. I know I am in a privileged position to be able to work from home, but should I at least make the effort to come to office despite not feeling 100% well?

So long as work is done and you’ve also done your part, it doesn’t matter where you’re doing it from, you all put in equal effort and they are not doing your job just because you WFH. Don’t have to bother about how others think (never ending loop, today you stress abt how they think of you if you WFH, next it will be when you’re on ML, CCL etc etc). There will definitely be people who will be envious that you get to WFH because they think wfh can shake leg at home but most of the times for moms/people with health conditions, it’s more work WFH compared than WFO. Maybe if you feel better during second trimester (usually the honeymoon period where the MS goes away for most people), you can request to switch back to working in office again till mid/late third trimester then go back to WFH.

Agreed with above, stay positive and do what you can do. Without 100%, more mistakes might be made.
