PUPPP RASH 

I have this Pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy (PUPPP) Rash that is also experienced by some pregnant women. Let me reflect how awful this experience is. I would describe it as unbearable but you have bear it. The only thing that offered temporary relief is cold water bath. You can't sleep because of the itching. You look hideous. You can't wear any clothes. And you feel guilty moaning about it, because it feels like the worst thing in the world, but of course you are healthy and there is no risk to the baby. Unfortunately, there is no cure. The itchiness will only disappear once the baby is born. #PUPPP #Kakayanin #8months
