I will have to hand express after pumping, however my lefty always end up messy.. one of the 'hole' on my left nipple, the milk sprayed sideways instead to the front. Milk ended up on either my hand, chair or floor. A bit of milk was wasted and i also have cleaning up to do. Is there any way to correct this problem or is it something to be concerened about?

Do you manually express into a container? If so, it could be difficult to manouever the container when your left breast squirts milk sideways. To prevent messes, maybe you can hand express straight into breast milk bags. Do it over a sink to prevent unwanted messes. Using the bag would make it easier for you to position where you might think the milk will be heading towards.
