Gestational diabetes

I have gestational diabetes po, base po sa OGTT.. As of now strictly monitored po ang blood sugar level ko daily, goal that was given by my doctor was 95mg before meal and 140 1hr after meal. Ang hirap po i-maintain nung after meals. Anyone here na mayroon din po gestational diabetes? Baka pwede po kayo magshare ng diet meal plan. Currently on my 32weeks, ang hirap magpigil ng katakawan ?

sakin po 1st tri pa lng controlled n ung food intake ko... half rice sa breakfast and 1 rice each sa lunch and dinner... 3 pieces adobo cut na meat or 1 isda... walang limit sa veggies.... iwas sa starchy na veggies and rootcrops. bawal ang mango (inc. indian mango and unripe mango), half lakatan lang dn sa meal and glucerna for snacks. no chocolates, softdrinks, cakes, sweets, etc. so far, okay nmn. tumaas lng once nung nilantakan ko ung indian mango. btw, borderline ung fbs ko per pasado ogtt ko.

sa breakfast pala, no fruits ako. usually ginagawa q sa snacks q sinasabay/kinakain ang fruits. research k ng fruits na may low glycemic index.
