I have flu and headache for two days now, since I can't take in medicines what home remedies should I do?

Pacheck up na po kayo agad. Kasi kailangan mamoniyor at malaman bakit po kayo may lagnat. Baka maka apekto kay baby. Nung 6 mos almost 7 mos akong buntis nilagnat ako. Na admit ako sa hospital kasi hindi dapat nilalagnat ang buntis dahil baka may infection.
