Exclusive Breast Pumping
Hello , i have a flat nipple on both breast so nahihirapan maglatch saken si baby, already planning to buy na din yung nipple puller. Now, nag-ttyaga ako sa breast pump (using horigen and realbubee). May same case ba nung sakin? Any tips po, thank you.

Yes, maraming mums have flat nipples kaya exclusive pumping talaga ang solution, a few of us in my circle did the same dahil hindi talaga komportable ang baby sa latch, kaya pumps lang kami. The nipple puller helps, pero honestly once you get into a routine with your Horigen and Realbubee, mas smooth na after a while, and mas madali pa kaysa mag-struggle with latch pain. Since may cracked nipple risk din with frequent pumping, I swear by Mama's Choice Nipple Cream, it's safe para sa breastfeeding and really saved my nipples from getting too sore. Just check with your OB din if the flat nipples need any other support, pero exclusive pumping is totally doable and marami sa atin ang ganyan! You've got this, mama!
