Hi , I have confirmed that I’m pregnant around 4 week plus. But suddenly I was having cramp / sharp pain in the tummy. Is it normal?

Normal, wag lang may heavy bleeding. Although minsan makakaranasa ka ng implantation bleeding pero more on spotting lang sya.
