Aiyah, I totally understand how stressful it is when supply drops, my friend went through the same thing after she fell sick and her LC actually recommended a lactation massager to help get things moving again before pumping sessions. That said, got one or two mums who said they bought it and barely used it once supply stabilised, so really depends on how long-term your need is lah.
