Yellow discharge at 12 weeks needs to be checked properly to rule out infection or other things, and only your doctor can tell you what it is by examining you and maybe doing a swab or scan.

anyways updates for anyone who faces the same. went to gynae and no infection whatsoever and so far gynae said ntg out of the ordinary.
