Depends on vacancy. I registered mine for playgroup since 12mo till now (24m) no slot, currently waiting for prenursery. But since I’m not working I can afford to wait with her.
But if you need to go back to work anytime soon, best to register for multiple schools then call and go down often to check if there are vacancies.
